The following applies to the charging of shipping costs:

  • For orders over 150€ (including VAT) the shipping costs are free of charge for all of Greece. The Free Shipping option automatically appears as an option when you exceed 150€ in your order. To activate the option you must select it (->Free Shipping).
  • For orders under 150€ (plus VAT) the shipping cost is 4.99€ and cash on delivery 5.99€.

Delivery dates and times

The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. For the rest of Greece, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply.

Product pickup

In case you want to receive your order faster, we can send it to you by courier at an extra charge. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect delivery times.

Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers either domestic or international. However, there are occasions when an order may get “stuck” in customs or in transit, so we may not have it in our warehouse when we expect it. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you would like us to deliver the order without this product or suggest an alternative. We will send you this item as soon as we receive it in our warehouses.
  • The product you ordered has already been discontinued and is not available: Among the 3500+ products we display in our online store there are rare cases where the supplier suddenly and without warning announces that they are discontinued. In this case an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all alternatives.
  • In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order.
  • If it is impossible to contact you by telephone and/or e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, the information you have entered is not correctly updated.

Withdrawal / Return – Replacement of Products

You have the right to return the products you have purchased and request their replacement:

  • in all cases in which stem-toys is proven guilty of selling incorrect products or products of poor and defective quality (error in receiving the order, in invoicing, in shipping, damaged in transit)
  • in all cases in which there has been a problem / actual defect in the product (function or quality) covered by the product warranty and if the warranty has been given by stem-toys. Products covered by third party warranties such as from the manufacturer of the product or its representative are not covered by this provision.

In any case and for all the above cases, the maximum time limit for return for replacement cannot be extended beyond twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. In addition, for all cases, the product to be replaced/repaired must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be that which normally accompanies the product and be in perfect condition, along with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DATA, Retailer’s receipt, etc.). In any case, the return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

  • contact the Online Shop on the same day or the next working day
  • the product has not been used and the packaging has not been opened. Opened packages will NOT be accepted.
  • the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retailer’s receipt, etc.)

If they are not returned within 20 days then stem-toys may not accept any return and replacement.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of the order can be made in the following cases:

  • Before the order is completed, during the online ordering process you can press the “Cancel” button located at the bottom left of your screen. By “clicking” on it, the order process is automatically interrupted.
  • If the online order has been completed but the product (or products) has not yet been shipped, you can call 210-6779800 and one of our associates will undertake the cancellation of your order.
  • After receiving the product, call us at 210-0080380 or contact us via e-mail at [email protected] of the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our associates will assist you immediately and inform you of all your options.
