Construction Traffic Light
Construct this traffic light and learn how electronic circuits control signs.
MODE OF OPERATION:
The traffic lights work using a smart digital electronic system. In digital electronic systems there are only two kinds of signals, activation and deactivation. In manual mode, every time you press the button, an activation signal passes into a measurement circuit that counts in binary numbers of 2 bits (0 and 1) from zero to three. This meter is connected to the lamps. With zero it sends a signal to the red LED, with one it sends a signal to the yellow, with two to the green and with the three again to the orange LED. When you press the button again, the counter returns to zero. In automatic mode, a separate timing circuit sends a signal to the measurement circuit every two seconds, which makes the lights change automatically.
